Use case / agent role

Tier-1 questions and after-hours cover.

No sales sequence. One reply from a person on the team.

What the call covers

  • 01

    Your call flow, mapped

Ten minutes on what your line actually gets asked, and where calls go wrong today.

  • 02

A live agent on the phone

We dial a test number and you hear the agent handle it — including the edge case you pick.

  • 03

What it takes to go live

The systems it would connect to, the handoff rules, and a realistic date.

Before you book

  • Who should be on the call?

Whoever owns the phone line, plus someone technical if integrations matter. Two or three people is ideal.

  • Do we need to prepare anything?

No. If you have a call script or a list of common questions, send it over and we'll load it beforehand.

  • Is this a sales pitch?

It's a working session. You'll spend most of it listening to an agent handle calls like yours.

  • Can we use our own number?

Yes — we can point a test number at the agent, or dial into yours if you'd rather hear it on your line.

Security review material — RBAC, audit log, webhook signing, data residency — is sent ahead of the call on request.
