Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Bonjur.ai ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and shares information through the Bonjur.ai AI call-center platform (the "Service"), available at https://bonjur.cc/.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

  • Name and email address
  • Account credentials (e.g., password, in hashed form)
  • Billing/payment information, once you subscribe to a paid plan
  • Uploaded content, such as knowledge-base documents, agent configuration, and other files you add to the Service

Information collected automatically:

  • Usage/analytics data: how you interact with the Service (pages viewed, features used, timestamps)
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see "Cookies & Tracking" below)

Information processed on your behalf (as a service provider):

Because the Service places, receives, and manages phone calls for Customer Orgs, we also process call audio, transcripts, and personal information of End-Callers (the people who call, or are called by, our Customer Orgs) strictly to provide the Service. For this category of data, the Customer Org is the data controller and we act as its service provider/processor. We process it only as instructed by the Customer Org, not for our own independent purposes.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including handling and routing calls
  • Process billing and manage your subscription
  • Provide customer support
  • Monitor, analyze, and improve the Service (analytics)
  • Communicate with you about your account or the Service

3. Third-Party Sharing

We share information with the following third parties, solely to operate the Service:

  • SignalWire: telephony infrastructure used to place and receive calls
  • ElevenLabs: conversational voice AI used to power AI voice agents
  • OpenAI: used for call transcription and AI-generated summarization

We do not currently use a third-party payment processor. If we add one in the future, this policy will be updated to name it. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service and understand usage patterns. You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them; note that some Service features may not function properly without cookies. Where we use third-party analytics tools, you may also be able to opt out directly through those tools' settings.

5. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.

  • If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection.
  • If you are located in California, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information (we do not sell personal information).
  • If you are located elsewhere in the United States or internationally, we will honor reasonable requests to access, correct, or delete your personal information consistent with applicable law.

If you are a Customer Org's End-Caller and want to exercise rights over your call data, please contact that Customer Org directly, as they control that data; we will assist them as needed.
